Your Availability

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Start at 7:45am and finish at 6:30pm (rotating open/close shifts)

• Participate in a rotational Saturday shift (7:45am–2:30pm)

• Work 25–35 hours per week

• Help cover holiday and sick leave when needed

Your Role: Receptionist

You’ll be the warm, smiling face that welcomes our patients and helps keep our practice running smoothly!

Your daily duties will include:

Reception & Administration

• Checking emails + answering phone calls

• Booking, confirming, and managing patient appointments

• Greeting patients on arrival and checking them in

• Answering enquiries in person, by phone, and via email

• Performing courtesy reminder calls

• Checking out patients and processing payments (Eftpos, HICAPS, DVA, Govt vouchers, CDBS, Afterpay, Denticare, etc.)

• Handling refunds, claim resubmissions, and problem-solving HICAPS/EXACT issues

• Scanning medical history forms, consent forms, prescriptions, and other documents

• Sending impressions to labs for fabrication

Clinic Support

• Helping with sterilization: ultrasonic baths, oiling, bagging, autoclave processing

• Maintaining a steady supply of sterile instruments for clinical use

Dental Assistant

We are a family owned business that has been established in the area for more than 35 years. We Require a Dental Nurse / Assistant with immediate start. Job location Capalaba. Close to a shopping centre / bus stop. Easy off street parking available within 100 meters of the job location.

You will be a part of a Great Family Owned Practice that has a Great Reputation within the area. The existing staff has been in the practice for a long time.

We are looking to hire a motivated, energetic Dental Nurse / Assistant who will be responsible for assisting predominantly and occasaionally sterilization.

The job offers attractive hourly rate for the right candidate. You will start with atleast 2 days a week for 10 hours/ day and can potentially increase to a full time employment depending on your capabilities.

An experience of 1 year is expected however we are willing to train you if you already have an exposure in the dental industry.
