Labour maintence

We are looking for reliable, hands-on technicians with experience in building maintenance, cool rooms, insulated panels and general repairs.

Our work involves attending commercial and industrial sites to carry out maintenance, repairs, inspections and small construction works. The right person will be comfortable working independently, identifying issues on site and completing quality repairs.

The type of work you can expect includes:

• Cool room and freezer room maintenance and repairs

• Repairing and replacing insulated wall and ceiling panels

• Door, hinge, closer and frame repairs and installation

• Sealing and waterproofing of panel joints and penetrations

• Installing aluminium, stainless steel and checker plate protection

• Repairing damaged walls, ceilings, corners and floor areas

• General building maintenance and repairs

• Installing trims, flashings and protective angles

• Minor construction and fabrication works

• Site inspections and identifying required repairs

• Working from job scopes and quotes to complete the required works

• Taking photos and providing information from site for reports and quoting

What we are looking for:

• Experience in building maintenance, construction or cool room maintenance

• Experience working with insulated panels is highly desirable

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Good problem-solving and practical skills

• Ability to read and understand job scopes

• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Reliable, punctual and professional when dealing with customers

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• White Card and relevant licences/tickets are an advantage

📍 Base Location: Sunshine West, VIC
🚗 Work Location: Jobs are located across Melbourne and regional Victoria, so the ability and willingness to travel to different sites is required.

💼 Work Arrangement: ABN / Contractor
💰 Pay Rate: Rate will depend on your experience, skills and level of knowledge.
