Shop Manager – Queen Ester, Manly

We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our new restaurant venue in Manly.

Queen Ester is a young, energetic street-food restaurant. Expect busy services, good music, and a great atmosphere.

The role requires an experienced hospitality leader who can take full responsibility for the daily operation of the restaurant, lead the team with confidence, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is an opportunity to grow in the hospitality field and learn all aspects of running your own business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with rostering, stock control, and daily operations
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of food safety, RSA requirements, and restaurant systems
• Ability to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue
