This growth is opening up incredible new business opportunities, and we are looking for a dynamic professional to help drive this next chapter of our success.About the RoleWe are seeking a hunter-focused, highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is heavily weighted toward strategic sales growth (80%), backed by critical operational oversight (20%). You will actively target, meet, and close deals with Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders across Perth, while supervising final site delivery and handovers to guarantee elite client retention.Salary & BenefitsBase Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 per annum + Superannuation (depending on experience).Commissions: Uncapped commission structure paid on met sales targets.Tools of Trade: Vehicle allowance/company vehicle, phone, and laptop provided.Availability: Immediate start available for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Deliberate Sales Action (80%)Conduct daily, targeted face-to-face meetings on-site and at head offices with Site Supervisors, Estimators, and Construction Managers to pitch services and close deals.Source and secure new builders' cleaning contracts across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in Perth.Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from proactive lead generation to signing service agreements.Interpret construction plans, conduct site measures, and deliver accurate pricing estimates and tenders.Maintain data hygiene within Pipedrive CRM to track pipeline health and sales activities.Operations, Supervision & Handover (20%)Step in as the operational supervisor during critical project phases to monitor cleaning quality on-site.Manage the final client handover process directly with builders to sign off on jobs and resolve defects instantly.Utilize Ascora software to efficiently schedule jobs, dispatch resources, and track project completion.Skills & Experience RequiredExperience: Minimum 4 years of proven BDM or sales experience specifically within the Australian builders' cleaning or construction services industry.Network: Existing relationships with Perth-based builders, estimators, or project managers is highly desirable.Software: Mandatory, hands-on proficiency using Pipedrive and Ascora.Site Ready: Current White Card and a deep understanding of site safety, SWMS, and construction environments.Licence: Current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
