Location: Australia | Full-Time Help Deliver a World-Class Testing Experience At IDP, we're helping students and professionals achieve their global ambitions through trusted education and language testing services. We're seeking an organised and detail-oriented IELTS PSN Online Speaking Administrator to support the global delivery of IELTS Online Speaking tests and examiner operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring successful delivery of IELTS Speaking tests, maintaining examiner standards, quality assurance, compliance, and operational excellence across our central Speaking hub. What You'll Be Doing As part of the IELTS Professional Support Network (PSN), you will:

• Coordinate online Speaking Examiner scheduling and availability.
• Support examiner training, certification and standards activities.
• Manage examiner records, databases and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain examiner payment records.
• Coordinate access to secure examiner materials and resources.
• Monitor examiner performance and certification status.
• Respond to queries and provide administrative support across the global network.
• Assist with Enquiry on Results (EORs), Jagged Tests and examiner quality processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For You are a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You'll bring:

• Previous experience in an administration, coordination or operations role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and databases.
• The ability to interpret processes, policies and procedures with accuracy and integrity.

Highly Regarded

• Experience working within a global or geographically dispersed environment.
• Understanding of compliance, quality assurance or assessment operations.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query or VBA.
• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.

An exciting opportunity has become available within the IELTS Professional Support Network (PSN) for an IELTS PSN Online Speaking Administrator to join our Australia-based team .

This role plays a critical part in supporting the global delivery of IELTS Online Speaking tests and the management of our Speaking Examiner cohort. Working closely with the PSN team, Examiner Standards Managers, and colleagues across multiple countries, you'll help ensure operational excellence, quality assurance, and compliance across our global online speaking operations.

As the IELTS PSN Online Speaking Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support across key examiner management activities, helping to maintain the integrity and quality of IELTS Online Speaking delivery worldwide.
