Description of the role: We’re seeking a Partner to join our Business Advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a significant portfolio of clients, driving business development initiatives, mentoring future leaders, and contributing to the firm's long-term strategy and success. You will work closely with fellow partners to strengthen our market presence and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

What makes you ‘just right’:

• CA or CPA qualification.
• 15+ years' experience in public practice accounting.
• Significant experience leading client portfolios and advisory engagements.
• Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Existing professional networks and referral relationships that support ongoing business development.

What your day might look like:

• Lead and grow a portfolio of business advisory clients across a range of industries.
• Provide strategic and commercial advice to business owners, executives, and stakeholders.
• Drive business development and identify opportunities for growth across existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients and referral networks.
• Lead complex advisory engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop directors, managers, and emerging leaders within the firm.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic planning, governance, and operational leadership.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Represent the firm within the business community and professional networks.
