Admin/Sales Assistant

About the role: We’re after a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual who can confidently handle both admin and front-of-house duties. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers — in person, over the phone, and online — while supporting our team with scheduling, quotes, invoicing, and sales. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and handle incoming enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins, social media) • Prepare quotes, process invoices, and manage booking schedules • Coordinate daily workflow between customers and the workshop team • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk area • Assist with basic sales and upselling of services such as window tinting, paint protection, and detailing • Keep accurate records of customer information and job progress • Support the business owner and team with general administrative tasks About You: • Experience in a similar or same role is essential — ideally within the automotive, car dealership, or vehicle enhancement industry • Strong communication and customer service skills • Confident using computer systems, invoicing software, and social media • Excellent attention to detail and time management • Able to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team • Reliable, professional, and well-presented What We Offer: • Fantastic pay based on experience and skillset • Friendly, supportive work environment • Stable, full-time role with variety in your day • Opportunity to work with a respected local automotive brand Location: Elite Car Tinting – Tullamarine VIC 3043 How to Apply: If you have experience in automotive admin, service advising, or sales support — and a passion for cars — we’d love to hear from you!
