The Role

We are seeking a Client Manager / Broker Support to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to our brokers and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Processing loan documentation from application through to settlement

• Accurately entering data into systems

• Managing phone enquiries for new and existing applications

• Providing administrative support to brokers

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Experience in financial services (e.g., mortgage broking, banking in lending, or conveyancing)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
