Role Description The Computer Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting office computers, networks, and software used for bookings, inventory, invoicing, and customer management. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and updating applications, managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring data backup procedures are followed. The Computer Specialist will optimize systems for efficiency, assist with integrating business tools (such as scheduling, CRM, and accounting platforms), and maintain cybersecurity practices. The role also involves providing user training, documenting procedures, and collaborating with operations and administrative staff to improve technology workflows that support fence hire and related services.
Qualifications
