Evolve Education & Migration is a growing education and migration consultancy based in Melbourne CBD. We are looking for a confident, mature, and commercially minded Business Development and Sales Executive to take a key role in growing our Melbourne operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly energetic, socially confident, commercially aware, and passionate about business development, networking, sales, and social media.

About the Role

You will be responsible for generating new business, developing partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and identifying new opportunities across the education, migration, recruitment, and international student markets.

We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunities you create them.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with education providers, employers, agents, community organisations, and other business partners.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Represent Evolve at networking events, seminars, expos, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong professional networks.
• Drive social media presence and brand awareness across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales, education, migration, and marketing teams.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to grow the Melbourne office.
• Track business development activities, leads, partnerships, and results.

About You

We are looking for a strong personality and natural business developer who is:

• Naturally outgoing and excellent at networking.
• Commercially driven and results-focused.

• Independent, proactive, and capable of taking ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organisation.

Previous experience in business development, sales, education, migration, recruitment, international student services, or professional services will be highly regarded.
