We're seeking an customer service focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Maroochydore boutique and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team.

• Create a luxury retail experience that exceeds expectations.

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.

• Drive sales performance and contribute to the achievement of store targets and business objectives.

• Deliver personalised, premium customer experiences that build loyalty and advocacy.

• Develop strong customer relationships and grow repeat business opportunities.

• Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance and presentation standards.

• Help create a positive, high-energy culture where people love coming to work.

What you'll need:

• Previous retail leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.

• A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Experience leading and developing small to medium-sized teams.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build genuine connections.

• A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve performance.

• Luxury, jewellery or premium retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
