The Role 

As Client Partner, you’ll drive revenue growth across a portfolio of direct clients, media agencies and independent agency partners in Victoria. You’ll combine strategic relationship management with proactive business development, helping clients connect with millions of Australian women through Are Media’s trusted brands and omnichannel offering.

This is an opportunity to create integrated partnerships spanning print, digital, content, social, commerce, data and experiences delivering strong outcomes for clients while growing Are Media’s commercial impact.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and growing a portfolio of agency and direct client relationships across Are Media's print, digital, and social channels
• Developing tailored sales proposals and integrated media solutions that meet client objectives and deliver measurable results
• Collaborating with internal teams including creative solutions, data, and editorial to bring campaign ideas to life
• Create and execute account plans that strengthen retention, increase partnership value and deliver revenue targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and insights into performance and market opportunities.

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Demonstrated experience in media sales, account management, or a closely related commercial role
• A genuine understanding of the Australian media landscape, including digital and print advertising models
• Confidence building relationships with media agencies and brand-side marketers at multiple seniority levels
• Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills, with the ability to translate audience data into a compelling commercial story
• A track record of meeting revenue targets in a competitive sales environment
• Familiarity with Are Media's portfolio and the audiences its brands serve
