Job Title: Front of House Staff / Cafe & Restaurant All-Rounder
Location: Heatherton VIC 3202 (Just off Warrigal Rd)
Job Type: Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time positions available
Salary: $26.44 – $29.00 per hour (dependent on experience and award rates, plus applicable weekend penalty rates)

Known for our vibrant atmosphere, dog-friendly outdoor lawn, busy weekday lunches, and packed-out ticketed dinner & show events, we pride ourselves on delivering genuine local hospitality.We are expanding our team and looking for energetic, customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Staff who thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing a warm, friendly welcome to guests across our indoor dining, outdoor deck, and lawn spaces.
• Managing counter service, making coffees, running food and drinks (including premium local wines and cocktails), and operating the POS system.
• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain our standards & floor layout.
• Supporting the team during high-energy live music sessions and major ticketed events.
• Helping with basic setup and maintaining a clean, inviting environment throughout the day.

What We're Looking For:

• A Positive Attitude: Someone who brings great energy, a proactive mindset, and a genuine smile to work.
• Hospitality Experience: Previous floor or counter experience in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant is highly regarded.
• Team Players: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen team.
• Valid RSA: A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is required.
• Flexibility: Availability to work a roster that includes daytime shifts, late-night dinners, and weekends.

Pay: $26.44 – $44.87 per hour
