Casual Lead Educators

Not all Lead Educator roles are the same.

We're looking for a passionate Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join our team at and support our 6 services across the Redlands.

As our Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead your room with warmth, confidence and purpose.

• Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and your team.

• Support children to explore, wonder, investigate and learn through play.

• Create learning experiences that are responsive to children's interests, strengths and theories.

• Guide and support educators within your room, fostering collaboration, reflection and continuous improvement.

• Create an environment where every child experiences a genuine sense of belonging.

• Work alongside your Educational Leader to continually strengthen educational practice.

• Support high-quality educational practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.

• Advocate for children's voices and recognise every child as a capable and active participant in their own learning.

You are someone who:

• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• Has experience leading a room, or is ready to take the next step in their professional growth.

• Believes relationships are at the heart of quality practice.

• Sees children as capable, competent and full of potential.

• Enjoys mentoring and supporting the growth of others.

• Values curiosity, reflection and continuous learning.

• Works collaboratively and contributes positively to team culture.

• Brings kindness, professionalism and enthusiasm to every day.

• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, and the Foundations of Child Protection certificate.
