Reporting to the Service Manager, the Customer relations role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our relationships with Customers via incoming calls & email. In partnership with the Transport Manager and Service Team at the branch the customer relations role will build and maintain effective and efficient working relationships with all customers to ensure that we are always meeting our commitment to Service Excellence. The candidate will also be willing to step up when required.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•       Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interaction

•       Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide customer support

•       Accurate and efficient data entry

•       Work collaboratively

•       Strong knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite

•       Comply and support all health & safety procedures

•       Investigating and resolving service-based enquiries and issues

Key Skills and Experience Required:

•       Relevant customer service working experiences,

•       Prior experience in identifying and resolving complex service-related customer issues

•       Ability to work as a team

•       Excellent communication skills

•       Excellent interpersonal and people skills with clear and confident manner

•       Excellent PC skills
