Senior Business Relationship Manager – Residential

Australia’s leading provider of property valuation, data and advisory solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Relationship Manager to grow and strengthen our major Banking relationships.

Herron Todd White (HTW) has more than 700 property professionals and national coverage across Australia. We combine deep local expertise with data, technology and digital valuation solutions to support Australia’s banking, finance and property sectors.

As we invest in new products, technology integrations and distribution, we are looking for an experienced relationship leader to grow our strategic customer partnerships. We welcome applications from Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. 

The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Residential, you will manage a portfolio of key banking customers and be responsible for:

• Growing revenue and increasing share of wallet across strategic accounts.

• Building and maintaining senior executive relationships.

• Developing and executing strategic account growth plans.

• Identifying and converting new opportunities within existing customers.

• Driving adoption of HTW’s valuation, data and digital solutions.

• Working closely with customers to identify opportunities for technology integration.

• Maintaining a disciplined pipeline and delivering against revenue targets.

About you

You are an experienced B2B relationship or sales professional with a strong track record of growing major enterprise accounts across banking, financial services, property, technology or a related sector.

You bring strong commercial acumen, executive-level relationship skills and the ability to identify and convert customer growth opportunities.
