Language Tutor - French

Situated within moments of the CBD, International Grammar School (IGS) is Sydney's unique independent, coeducational, and secular school offering quality teaching from Preschool to Year 12. Our unique multilingual language program immerses students in a second language every day.

We are now seeking to appoint a suitably qualified French Language Tutor on a casual basis. The Language Tutor will be involved in providing in-class support for High School Language classes.

This is a casual position for 2 days per week. Availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the term is essential.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent knowledge and understanding of working with children, be highly proficient in the target language, have high quality interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong commitment to building and developing a culture of care for students.

As an outstanding Language Tutor with a strong background in working with young children, you will be an exemplary role model of professionalism and collegiality, performing your role with integrity, enthusiasm and energy. Experience in a similar role and capacity to support students with learning difficulties is desirable.
