Client Liaison Manager

About the role

As Client Liaison Manager, you will be a key point of contact for clients throughout their building journey, keeping them informed, supported and confident as their new home progresses. You will guide clients through structured and well-established processes, ensuring key milestones, documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining a high standard of communication and customer service. Working closely with Sales, Design, Selections, Administration and Construction Teams, you will help coordinate the client journey and ensure a smooth transition between each stage of the building process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating the client journey from the pre-construction stages through to completion
• Design plan sign-off
• Selections sign-off
• Contract administration and delivery
• Regular client updates and communication
• Local government and approval process administration
• Variation administration and client approvals
• Progress claim stage administration
• Monitoring key client milestones, documentation and outstanding actions
• Coordinating information between clients and internal teams

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, personable and confident communicating with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to build rapport while managing expectations and difficult conversations when required
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and keeping people accountable for required information
• Able to manage multiple clients, tasks and deadlines without losing attention to detail
• Proactive and able to identify what needs to happen next rather than simply waiting for direction
• Confident working within structured systems and processes
• Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
• Practical, solutions-focused approach
