Thanks to continued growth, Superior Engineering is looking for a Customer Relations & Administration Officer to join our team at our modern, purpose-built headquarters in Burpengary, North Brisbane.

About the Role

No two days are the same! As our Customer Relations & Administration Officer, you'll be the friendly voice and organised backbone that keeps our customers informed and our operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Answering customer phone calls and email enquiries

• Providing updates on orders and manufacturing progress

• Processing purchase orders and administrative tasks

• Liaising with suppliers and freight companies

• Supporting our sales team

• Helping deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely loves helping customers.

Essential:

• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills

• Strong computer literacy

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and in person

• Great organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Highly Regarded:

• Knowledge of 4WD parts and accessories

• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments

• Understanding of manufacturing timelines and processes

About You

You'll ideally have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or administration role

• A positive, can-do attitude

• A genuine desire to go above and beyond for customers

• The ability to learn new systems quickly (experience learning ERP/EMS systems is advantageous)

• Your own reliable transport

Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm (some flexibility may be available for the right candidate).

Optional Saturday work (8:00am – 12:00pm) is available when required and is paid at overtime rates.

A six-month probation period applies (which may be extended if required).
