Splash Seafood Restaurant on the Cairns Esplanade is seeking multiple positions for full time permanent and long term position cooks to join our team. 38 hours per week with overtime paid. Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays required.

Cooks are responsible for daily operations, food preparation, cooking of high quality meals to our standard fast & efficiently, kitchen hygiene & cleanliness, stock ordering & management, training of apprentices. Qualification/skills required - at least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Minimum 1 year previous experience in similar role.
