Support Administration Officer

This part-time role with fixed hours, 4 days a week, 6 hours per day from 8:30am to 3pm (30-minute lunch) at our Margate site - Monday to Thursday.

The key focus of this role will be to support:

• Coordinate and oversee export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

• Monitor production and adjust shipments in line with the production schedule

• Enter and process export orders and invoices accurately in NetSuite system, ensuring all details are correct for timely fulfillment

• Prepare and submit all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin

• Manage relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, banks and government agencies

• Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export processes and improve efficiency

• Review of current export documentation and approved arrangement documents

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

• Excellent communication skills

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy 

• Export experience would be a nice to have, but not essential

• Competent and experienced using Microsoft Office Products

• Build great relationships with internal and external customers
