Customer Experience Coordinator

We’re hiring at GT-EX.
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Banksmeadow, Sydney.GT-EX has tripled in size over the past four years, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for another switched-on person to join the team.
This role sits right in the middle of our customers and operations — managing enquiries, keeping an eye on shipments, solving problems and making sure our customers receive the level of service we expect at GT-EX.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of logistics experience.We’re looking for someone who:Is proactive and takes ownershipCommunicates well and is good with peopleCan think on their feet and solve problemsHas strong attention to detailGenuinely cares about doing a good jobWants responsibility and the opportunity to grow
It’s a hands-on role in a fast-moving business, with plenty of opportunity to take on more as we continue to scale.
