Service Advisor

Ducati Perth is a leading motorcycle dealership located in Bayswater WA.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a great long-term opportunity to become part of a busy, high-performing dealership, working closely with our Service Manager and workshop team. Previous dealership or motorcycle industry experience is preferred, however training will be provided to the right person with the right attitude and a genuine passion for motorcycles.

About the Role

As Service Advisor, you will be an important link between our customers and workshop, helping ensure a professional and positive experience from booking through to motorcycle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and check in motorcycles for scheduled servicing and repairs

• Answer customer enquiries and manage service bookings

• Keep customers informed of the progress of their motorcycle

• Liaise with technicians regarding repairs, additional work and job progress

• Coordinate with our Sales and Parts departments for new motorcycle deliveries and workshop requirements

• Maintain service schedules, job cards and customer records

• Prepare and process service invoices

• Follow Ducati manufacturer and dealership warranty procedures

• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionally address customer queries or concerns

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• A genuine interest in motorcycles and enthusiasm for the Ducati brand

• Previous motorcycle, automotive or dealership experience preferred but not essential

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• A current driver's licence

• A motorcycle licence is preferred but not essential
