Warehouse & Paint Mixing Coordinator

$42 per hour | 3–5 days per week | Company manual vehicle provided for work-related travel

Tony Isgrove’s Paint and Decorate is looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operation of our factory and support our project teams across Sydney.

This is a varied role suited to someone with previous experience working in a paint shop, paint warehouse or painting-related environment. You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organised, preparing paint and equipment for upcoming projects, and assisting our Project Managers with deliveries and site preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse

• Mix and prepare paints for upcoming projects

• Colour match paints accurately

• Label, organise and prepare paint for delivery to job sites

• Prepare tools, equipment and materials required for upcoming projects

• Deliver paint, equipment and other gear to job sites

• Assist Project Managers with site deliveries and logistics

• Place notices at upcoming job sites

• Move and transport company trailers when required

• Monitor warehouse stock and advise when materials need to be reordered

• Ensure equipment and materials are stored correctly and ready for use

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working in a paint shop, paint warehouse or similar environment

• Have experience mixing and colour matching paint

• Be organised, reliable and able to work independently

• Take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace

• Be physically capable of lifting and moving paint, equipment and materials

• Hold a current Australian manual drivers licence

• Be confident driving a manual company vehicle and towing and moving trailers

• Have strong attention to detail and good communication skills
