The OpportunityAs Marketing Specialist – Communities, you will execute marketing campaigns across a portfolio of Aveo's priority retirement communities, supporting lead generation, sales tours and commercial outcomes. Working closely with the Marketing Manager – Communities and wider marketing team, you'll bring campaigns to life and help ensure every campaign delivers measurable results. Joining an award-winning Marketing team, you'll step into a well-established function with strong foundations and experienced colleagues.
Your ImpactExecute local area marketing plans across a designated portfolio of Aveo communities, working closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholdersBrief advertising artwork to external graphic designers and creative agencies, and manage artwork approvals with internal stakeholdersCoordinate and support the sales team with the planning and delivery of onsite events such as Open HomesDraft and send database EDMs, event invitations and promotional offers through the CRM, and keep third-party property listings including Real Estate and Domain up to dateEnsure marketing initiatives comply with relevant legislation and brand guidelines, following appropriate sign-off proceduresTrack LAM campaign budgets and report on campaign effectiveness using data, insights and Power BI, ensuring spend remains within approved budgetsWork closely with Sales, Operations and external agencies to ensure marketing initiatives support business priorities, and maintain strong knowledge of the product offering within the portfolio
What you'll bring3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within property, residential, retirement living or a related sectorA track record of executing marketing campaigns as part of a broader marketing teamConfidence briefing creative agencies and designers, while managing and working within marketing budgetsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at onceExperience with CRM platforms and reporting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI (or similar)Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholdersCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel to Aveo communities as required
