Heliflite is seeking an experienced Senior Spare Parts Professional to join our team at our headquarters at Bankstown Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of Australasia's leading helicopter companies, working within a supportive and professional environment that has proudly served the helicopter industry since 1977.

As a senior member of our Spare Parts team, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service while managing the supply of genuine helicopter parts and accessories to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the sale of helicopter spare parts and accessories

• Providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients

• Processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders

• Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers

• Receiving, checking and processing incoming stock

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

• Inventory control and stock management

• Processing invoices and related documentation

• Liaising with customers, suppliers and freight providers

• Supporting continuous improvement of spare parts operations

About You

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in a senior spare parts, aviation parts or related technical parts role

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Sound computer skills and experience with inventory systems

• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• A proactive, positive and professional attitude

Essential

• Current Australian Driver Licence

• Experience in spare parts, aviation, automotive, heavy equipment or a similar industry

Desirable

• Aviation industry experience

• Forklift Licence

• Inventory management experience

• Experience with Aerotrack or inventory management software
