Medical Receptionist - Casual

We're looking for an experienced, friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming team across our GP Maroubra and GP Bondi practices. We're not just looking for another receptionist we're looking for someone who wants to become part of our practice family.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Our clinic hours are:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 7:00pm

• Saturday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

The successful candidate must be available to work across both our Maroubra and North Bondi locations.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is mature, professional, reliable, and well presented

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoys working in a team-focused environment

• Can multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Has strong computer skills and experience using Best Practice software ( preferred )

• Has exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Has a confident and professional phone manner

• Is compassionate, patient-focused, and maintains confidentiality at all times

• This is a part-time position, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts across both locations is essential.
