Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Adelaide, SA. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations, of our growing commercial portfolio, including tenant relations, lease management, facilities management and financial reporting.
The role, supported by the best in class property tech, involves substantial interaction with property owners, contractors and tenants to ensure efficient property management and tenant satisfaction. The Senior Property Manager will also develop and implement property management strategies to maximize property value and revenue.
QualificationsCommercial Property Management and Tenant RelationsExperience with Facilities Coordination and Client RelationshipsProficiency in Financial Reporting and Budget ManagementStrong ability in Negotiation and Conflict ResolutionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is advantageous
