About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Dental Receptionist to join our Our Medical team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and reception duties that support the smooth and efficient operation of the dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities

·         Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients

·         Manage patient enquiries, appointments, records, payments and re-bookings

·         Support dentists and the clinical team with administrative tasks

·         Order stock and coordinate supplies for the clinic

·         Ensure the reception and clinic areas are well presented, organised, and welcoming

·         Communicate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, patients, and suppliers

·         Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment

·         A commitment to building a collegial team, always operating in a constructive and co-operative manner

·         A genuine interest in helping people access better oral healthcare

About You

You are a friendly, organised, and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will bring:

·         Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-first mindset

·         Previous experience in dental administration (preferred)

·         Experience with patient management systems (Dental4Windows highly regarded)

·         Strong time management and prioritisation skills

·         Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

·         A collaborative and team-oriented approach

·         A genuine passion for helping people access better oral healthcare
