About the role

Energy Price Solutions is seeking an B2B Sales Services Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position (Part-time would still be considered) based in Wantirna, VIC 3152. In this role, you will be the vital link between our sales team and prospective customers, scheduling appointments and managing administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You will play a strategic part in our outbound sales efforts, directly contributing to the growth and success of Energy Price Solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our energy solutions and schedule appointments for our sales team

• Identifying potential customers and initiating contact

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and appointment bookings in our CRM system

• Managing appointment schedules to ensure optimal assignment to sales representatives

• Handling administrative tasks including data entry, filing and document management

• Assisting with the operations team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.

• Helping with ongoing administration for reporting requirements of our customer

• Following up with customers to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows

• Providing excellent customer service whilst gathering relevant information from potential clients

• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly appointment setting targets

• Liaising between customers, sales staff and management to ensure smooth appointment coordination

• Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all relevant data protection regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or similar customer-facing roles within a call centre environment

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects

• Strong organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple appointments and administrative tasks

• C&I Energy experience highly valued (or SME).

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

• A target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve or exceed appointment setting quotas

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing records and data

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Professional telephone manner and ability to handle objections with confidence

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and procedures
