About the role
The City of Ballarat is seeking a Baby Makes 3 Project Officer to lead the implementation of the Baby Makes 3 (BM3) program across Ballarat. Delivered through a Respect Victoria funded partnership with Ballarat Community Health and local services, BM3 supports new and expecting parents to build equal, respectful relationships and shared parenting practices.
In this role, you will coordinate program delivery, support and supervise facilitators, build strong partnerships across health and community services, and help embed gender equality initiatives within perinatal settings. You will also lead monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities to support continuous improvement and long-term impact.
To succeed, you will bring experience in project or program coordination, stakeholder engagement, workforce development and community services, along with a strong understanding of gender equality, health promotion or family wellbeing.
