About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to build something real in North Queensland. You'll be out in the field, representing genuinely leading automation, electrical and instrumentation solutions to manufacturers, contractors and industrial businesses across the region solving real engineering challenges, not just taking orders. Based from a real Townsville hub, with regular travel across the region and up to Cairns, you'll build your own patch with genuine autonomy backed by Internal Sales and another experienced Sales Rep, so you're never doing this alone. This is a role for someone who wants ownership over their own success, challenge in equal measure with support, and a business that's genuinely growing around them.

Duties

• Build genuine relationships with North Queensland's manufacturers, contractors and industrial businesses
• Represent a portfolio of world-class automation, electrical and instrumentation brands
• Identify and shape solutions that solve real customer challenges, backed by our client's technical specialists
• Own your own success on the road, manage your own patch and pipeline with genuine autonomy, backed by a real local team

Skills & Experience

• A genuine relationship-builder with a consultative, curious approach to sales
• Comfortable on the road, and driving your own success across a regional patch
• Industry or technical exposure (automation, instrumentation, electrical, industrial) is a plus. Attitude and drive count just as much
• Full driver's licence and Australian work rights

You'll be based from a genuine Townsville hub backed by Internal Sales and another experienced Sales Rep, with technical specialists ready to help you win the bigger opportunities. This is a role for someone who wants to build something real, with genuine autonomy and genuine support in equal measure.
