About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellence in customer service as part of our 24-hour Monitoring Operations Centre.

Job Type: Full-time hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

• Penalty rates

You will have demonstrated:

• Commitment to the provision of premium client service

• Willingness to take on new challenges

• Excellent communication (oral and written)

• Strong computer literacy

• The ability to work autonomously

Whilst the role can be diverse, your main responsibilities include:

• Responding to signals generated by KSA Systems

• Phone or email interaction with our end clients

• Dispatching service requests to appropriate personal (via phone & email)

Essential Criteria

• Drivers Licence and your own transport are essential, as there is no public transport after hours

• To be eligible for this position you must be an Australian Citizen or resident

• You must be fully vaccinated
