Quantum Building Industries is a Queensland-based construction company specialising in hail restoration, storm damage, and insurance building repairs, servicing regions from the Gold Coast to Maryborough.

As a Project Manager / Building Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering building and insurance repair projects from commencement through to completion. You’ll oversee trades, ensure compliance, manage client relationships, and drive projects to a high standard.

This role offers autonomy, support, and the ability to manage multiple exciting projects within an established, fast-growing organisation.

• Supervise construction and insurance repair jobs from start to finish

• Conduct building inspections and prepare accurate assessment reports

• Prepare detailed estimates, quotes, and scopes of work

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines

• Ensure all work meets QBCC, WHS, and legislative compliance standards

• Provide clear communication and updates to clients and stakeholders

• Resolve issues, handle objections, and maintain positive client relationships

• Maintain accurate project documentation through digital platforms

• Work efficiently across multiple live projects in a fast-paced environment

• QBCC Builder’s Supervisor Licence – Essential

• 3+ years’ experience in residential and/or commercial construction supervision

• Experience with roof replacements / hail repairs highly regarded

• Strong computer literacy, with Prime Ecosystem experience viewed favourably

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

• Strong understanding of QBCC legislation, WHS requirements, and compliance

• Professional presentation, reliability, and a self-motivated approach

• Current driver’s licence – essential

• High personal standards of quality, safety, and client service

• Entrepreneurial mindset
