Customer Service Role – Eastside Mitsubishi and Skoda

Dealership Parts Sales

Jefferson Automotive Group is one of Melbourne's largest dealership networks with over 13 locations across metropolitan Melbourne. We have an extensive automotive parts operation and we are looking to employ in our Parts team at our Nunawading Location. All training will be provided on site.

 About The Role;

• Retail service of customers, both face-to-face and phone calls.

• Serving our internal parts orders with the service department.

• Stock control and warehousing in a small store.

• Identifying automotive parts/components through the relative catalogue (parts interpreting).

• Customer service and sales activities.

About You;

• A mature “can do” attitude.

• Is ambitious, confident, self-motivated and willing to learn.

• Has good communication skills.

• Values reliability and has good time management.
