Are you an experienced, driven sales professional tired of cold calling, door-knocking, and "churn and burn" sales cultures?

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, Hobart-based solar business that is setting a new standard for quality and integrity in the renewable energy space. Our client is heavily invested in the local community, is a fully accredited industry leader (NETCC, SAA) and proudly donates 1% of their revenue directly to Tasmanian conservation.

The Role

Thanks to multi-channel marketing encompassing digital campaigns, radio, transit signage, and strategic partnerships, the business generates 1 to 5 warm, inbound leads every single day. They are now seeking a highly experienced Business Development leader to take charge of these leads.

This is an autonomous, field-based position. You won’t be chained to an office desk; instead, you’ll be out and about across the Hobart community, meeting face-to-face with prospective clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solar solutions.
