Administrative Officer

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team on a Part-Time basis to work alongside another Administrator.
In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, superior administration support for the Design, Estimation and Fabrication Department.
One of the key priorities for this role is to provide administrative support to the Managers whilst the department grows and develops. Daily tasks may include but are not limited to: generating PRS and Purchase orders, allocating inventory to jobs from BOM into Accentis software, Job pack creation, Maintaining WIP / Production schedule documents, running job costing reports, updating customers on progress and delivery schedules.The role is varied and will require someone that has organisational skills and initiative to manage own time effectively.
About youPrevious Administration experience - preferably in a manufacturing and or design environmentExceptional communication skillsStrong Customer FocusSelf-motivated team playerExperience using in house ERP and database systemsExperience in inventory management and procurement administration support
