Your Role
Lead a busy bottle recycling facility in Tamworth. This hands on, permanent full-time role will report to the Return & Earn Area Manager and is responsible for supervising the overall day to day operations at the site, including the supervision of a small team of warehouse assistants/ production hands. You will be a strong leader who will ensure that all recycling activites follow standard processes for the safety of all workers and customers and to protect Society assets. Your excellent organisational skills are key to successfully managing fast-paced operations.
