About the RoleAs the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing patient referrals through proactive engagement with General Practitioners, Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, Specialists and other key healthcare stakeholders across Sydney.This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you'll:Develop and execute strategic territory plansBuild trusted relationships with healthcare professionalsIdentify and develop referral growth opportunitiesDeliver education sessions and presentationsCollaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders on growth initiativesLeverage CRM data and market insights to optimise performanceRepresent IVF Australia at events and professional forumsConsistently achieve referral growth objectives and business outcomes Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic territory plans to support referral growth and business objectivesBuild and maintain trusted relationships with General Practitioners, Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, Specialists and IVF Australia Fertility SpecialistsIdentify and develop new referral opportunities across your territoryConduct regular face-to-face practice visits and stakeholder meetingsDeliver educational presentations, in-practice sessions and professional engagement activitiesCollaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders on referral growth initiatives and campaignsUtilise CRM systems, referral data and market insights to identify opportunities and optimise performanceRepresent IVF Australia at industry events, conferences and networking opportunitiesAchieve referral growth targets and business objectives
