In this role, your work will directly contribute to helping patients access the care and support they need. About the RoleAs the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in growing patient referral volumes through proactive engagement with healthcare professionals across your territory. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, building trusted relationships, identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic territory plans that support referral growth and business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic territory plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners, Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, Specialists and Melbourne IVF Fertility SpecialistsIdentify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the territoryConduct regular face-to-face practice visits and stakeholder meetingsDeliver educational presentations, in-practice sessions and professional engagement activitiesCollaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders on referral growth initiatives and campaignsUtilise CRM systems, referral data and market insights to identify opportunities and optimise performanceRepresent Melbourne IVF at industry events, conferences and networking opportunitiesAchieve referral growth targets and business objectives
