We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative to join our NSW Sales team, servicing key growth regions across Inner West Sydney, South West Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches.

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors through face-to-face prospecting and relationship building.

• Grow revenue by promoting and selling BINGO's waste management, recycling and resource recovery solutions.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and site assessments through to proposal submission and customer onboarding.

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within the CRM system.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, company policies and operating procedures.

• Achieve agreed sales, revenue and customer retention targets.

What Makes You a GOgetter

• Minimum two years' experience in door-to-door, field-based or B2B sales.

• Currently active in new business development rather than key account management.

• Proven ability to grow business organically through canvassing and territory development.

• Demonstrated success in identifying customer needs and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience resolving customer issues through root cause analysis.

• Experience with planning, forecasting and pipeline management.

• Previous experience within waste management, recycling, construction, facilities management or industrial services is highly regarded.

• Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

• A resilient, self-motivated and results-driven approach to sales.
