BINGO industries are looking for our newest Commercial and Industrial Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity that covers the North - Eastern Melbourne Metro area.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors through face-to-face prospecting and relationship building.

• Grow revenue by promoting and selling BINGO's waste management solutions.

• Manage the sales process from prospecting and site assessments through to proposal submission and onboarding.

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, company policies, and operating procedures.

• Achieve agreed sales, revenue, and customer retention targets.

What makes you a GOgetter:

• An understanding of the commercial and industrial waste/recycling industry - minimum two years door to door sales experience.

• Currently active in door to door sales, that is not directed at key account management.

• A proven ability grow business organically through canvassing.

• Proven record in root cause analysis to close off customer issues.

• Proven experience with accurate planning and forecasting

• Previous experience in other waste management sectors

• A valid driving license and a vehicle
