Capital City Waste Services is a family owned and operated business providing waste and recycling solutions to businesses across Sydney. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

You'll manage relationships with our existing client base while actively sourcing and securing new business opportunities. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, understands what good service looks like, and is motivated to grow both our business and their own career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with our existing client base

• Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities across Sydney

• Understand client needs and recommend the right waste and recycling solutions

• Prepare and present proposals and quotes

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Represent Capital City Waste Services professionally in the field and in the community

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and genuine drive to achieve results

• Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust with clients

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline

• A valid driver's licence

• Waste industry experience is desirable but not essential — full training and support provided

• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English would be beneficial, though not essential
