Biulding Management BDM

About the role

You will report directly to the owner and help build the sales team from the ground up for a growing rope access window cleaning and building maintenance company. This is a sales role focused on generating revenue and expanding the business across Perth, Western Australia, and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by building strong networks within building, local government, strata and facilities management

• Find opportunities before competitors do

• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms with clients to foster long-term relationships

• Maintain contact with current clients and explore additional opportunities with them, including attendance at industry and networking events

• Identify tender opportunities and ensure that we win them

About you

• Self-motivated with a true hunter mentality who can open doors and find opportunities for growth

• Results-driven with a continuous improvement approach

• Must hold the right to work in Australia indefinitely

• Experience in building management, FM or strata industries

• Background in rope access industry, building maintenance, facilities management or similar industries
