We're Looking for a Field Business Development Representative – Melbourne-Commission-Based Opportunity

Ascending Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated and confident person to help us generate new commercial cleaning clients across Melbourne.
This is a field-based role — we want someone who is comfortable physically visiting businesses, speaking with managers and identifying new cleaning opportunities.
Your role will include:• Visiting offices, medical centers, childcare centers, warehouses, retail businesses and other commercial properties• Speaking with business owners, managers and facility managers• Introducing our commercial cleaning services• Finding the correct decision-maker• Generating genuine qualified leads• Arranging site inspections and quotation opportunitiesWe're looking for someone who:• Is confident approaching businesses face-to-face• Has good communication skills• Is self-motivated and results-oriented• Has sales/business development experience (preferred)• Has reliable transport
💰 Commission-Based OpportunityThere is no guaranteed base salary under the commission-based arrangement. Commission will be paid for successful new business generated, based on agreed terms.This could become a long-term opportunity for the right person who consistently brings quality commercial clients.
