We’re looking for a confident and driven Business Development Representative to help us grow our partnerships with gyms, fitness centres and health facilities across Melbourne.

The Role

● Generate new commercial cleaning opportunities within the fitness and health industry

● Build relationships with owners, managers and decision-makers

● Prospect through calls, networking and face-to-face visits

● Understand clients’ cleaning and hygiene needs and arrange site visits and quotes

● Follow up leads and help secure long-term cleaning contracts

● Professionally represent our brand, culture and high standards

About You

You’ll have a good understanding of commercial cleaning and be driven, positive, proactive and results-focused.

You’ll be confident with people, genuinely interested in fitness and professional and well-presented, taking pride in representing our brand.

What We Offer

$40–$45 per hour + commission
