DENTAL RECEPTIONIST — GOLD COAST | Multiple Locations

We're on the lookout for an experienced, organised, and warm-hearted Dental Receptionist to support our team across 2 to 4 of our Gold Coast locations:

·         FamilyOne Dental — Pacific Pines

·         The Dental Lounge Robina — Robina

·         Teeth on Ferry — Southport

·         The Dental Studio — Clear Island Waters

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key part in creating a calm, welcoming, and professional environment from the moment they walk through the door (or call). This is a flexible, multi-site position — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build relationships with different teams and patient communities across the Coast.

What You'll Be Doing

·         Greeting patients warmly and managing a busy front desk

·         Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple practice management systems

·         Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS experience a bonus)

·         Answering phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care

·         Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

·         Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

What We're Looking For

·         Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role (essential)

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Confidence multitasking in a fast-paced environment

·         A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for patients

·         Flexibility to work across multiple Gold Coast sites

·         Experience with dental software (e.g. Praktika, Dental4Windows, or similar) highly regarded
