Flooring Sales Specialist

Choices Flooring is a leading Australian retailer of flooring solutions, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Flooring Sales Specialist to join our team at Joondalup. If you have a proven track record in sales, a natural eye for colour and design, and a genuine passion for helping customers create beautiful spaces, we’d love to hear from you. The Role

You’ll work closely with homeowners, builders and other clients to help bring their vision to life — from initial consultation and product selection through to quoting and finalising their flooring solution.

We’re looking for someone who is confident with customers, commercially minded, creative and highly organised.

The successful applicant will have:

• Proven experience in sales, quoting and converting leads

• A strong eye for colour, design and interior styling

• A genuine passion for customer service and achieving great outcomes

• The ability to understand a customer's needs and confidently guide them through their options

• Strong computer, administration and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• The ability to read and interpret floor plans

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A professional presentation and approach with clients

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

• Flexibility and a strong willingness to learn and work

• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel for measures and site inspections

Previous flooring experience is highly desirable. Experience in flooring, interiors, home improvement, building or another home-trade environment will be highly regarded.

The Hours

This is a full-time position requiring weekday and weekend availability.

Saturday work is required, with Sunday and one weekday off.

The role also involves travelling to customers' homes for measures and site inspections, so confidence working both in the showroom and on site is essential.
