About the role

Choices Flooring Erina is seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Erina, NSW 2250. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our leading flooring retail business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the process of selecting the perfect flooring solution for their needs

• Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on the features and benefits of our high-quality flooring range

• Achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion

• Working as part of a team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked showroom including updating price stickers

• Administrative tasks in all sales processes from start to finish

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement, retail or construction industries

• A passion for interior design and home improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• In-depth product knowledge or a keen interest in learning about flooring solutions

• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
