The Company...

The Company specializes in new and replacement metal roofing, roof repairs, guttering and asbestos removal. They are seeking a suitable and motivated Administration to join their sales team.

The Position...

Reporting to the Director, you will be mentored directly by their existing team in all facets of their next-level customer service and administration role. This is a Part-time position of 20-30 hours per week, that may lead to additional hours. 

The position includes;

• Answering phone
  
• Lead qualification 
  
• Scheduling sales staff
  
• Organising staff events
  
• Additional hours and duties in absence of Office Manager
  

Skills they will teach you for success;

• Lead capture for new clients
  
• Internal Systems
  

You will gain a thorough knowledge of their customer base and the solutions/services the company can provide. 

Must-haves:

• Excellent communication and time management skills via phone and email
  
• Organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
  
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Minimum 1 year administration experience
